I am an artist living in New York City, working primarily in

oil, acrylics, charcoal, and ink.

 

My art generally focuses on either the natural world or human emotion. I have always enjoyed the beautiful outdoors as a form of refuge and inspiration, especially when needing fresh perspective. As a young child I experienced the death of a loved one, and that loss and its traumatic aftermath greatly impacted my perception of the people and world around me. As such, some of my art takes on a slightly darker tone.
